Lama TsongKhapa

Lamrim Chenmo is a wonderfully structured and detailed path to guide us to enlightenment, brilliantly brought to life by Geshe Tashi, who skilfully shows us how to integrate the key points into our practice ‘on the cushion’ and in our daily lives.

Lamrim Chenmo is a correspondence course based on Lama Tsongkhapa’s Great Treatise on the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment (Lamrim Chenmo). The course is open to graduates of the Foundation of Buddhist Thought.

Lama Tsongkhapa (1357-1419) was a great reformer of Tibetan Buddhism and founder of the Gelugpa sect. He wrote Lamrim Chenmo to give students a reliable guide along the stages of the Buddhist path, from entry into the path all the way up to realisation of the mind of enlightenment.

This course was devised by Geshe Tashi Tsering of Jamyang Buddhist Centre, London. Geshe Tashi's teachings support and guide students through each of the seven modules taken over two and half years.

The next enrollment is in May 2016, if you would like to participate please apply online well in advance, or contact Course Administrator
